Send a copy of the presentation and a brief biography to session chair/co-chair by May 9th.
Make corrections/improvements to the presentation as necessary per session chair/co-chair’s feedback.
Submit the final version of presentation to the session chair/co-chair by May 16th.
During the conference, please come to the Speaker Ready Room (203A) to upload your presentation a minimum of 12 hours in advance of your talk. Please see the following link for more detail in uploading procedure. http://www.ims2010.org/pdf/pres_matl_submission.pdf
On the day of your presentation, attend Speakers’ Breakfast starting at 6:30AM in room 304D.
If needed, please use Speaker Ready Room (203A) for rehearsal.
Be at the session at least 20 minutes before starting time. This will allow session chair to give out final instructions. Also, please sit near the front, so that the session co-chairs can find you easily.
After session, stay for interview from interested audience.
